In Honor
Poet: C. A. Lynch
On St. Patrick’s Day, they rise and cheer,
In honor of the Saint so dear.
For it was he who brought the light,
And spread faith throughout the day and night.

As he shaped lives in many ways;

Giving Ireland grace and faith its due.

A Day To Celebrate
Poet: C. A. Lynch
St. Paddy's Day, a day to celebrate
Ireland’s most beloved Saint,
A day that Ireland never forgets
Everything turns green as we paint.
Memories of times gone by with family and friends
Bringing joy and contentment in a carefree way,
We look for four-leaf clovers and leprechauns
Because of St. Patrick, we honor this day.

Kiss A Leprechaun
Poet: C. A. Lynch
If only this were possible,
It could be so grand.
To make St. Patrick’s Day
The best one in the land.
A leprechaun you must catch quick
If you want your wish fulfilled.
Once captured your pursuit is done,
That’s when the kiss is sealed!
An extraordinary day
Where anything can happen
You kissing a leprechaun –
What else would inspire such reckon?
But now that you two are face to face,
There’s just one thing left to do
Take moment and tell him
"Kiss me quickly! It’s time for me and you!"

Day Of Green
Poet: C. A. Lynch
On this special day of green,
Choose your destiny.
Turn your dreams into reality
And St. Patrick will be proud of thee.
When March is nearly through
The blooms will be in view.
The shamrocks smile down upon me
With deep admiration so true.
And though they can’t give their touch,
They bless me just the same.
No matter how far away they are,
They say there is Irish in my name.

A Time Of Enchantment
Poet: C. A. Lynch
It's a time of enchantment,
As on St. Patrick's Day we dare
A festive celebration,
Joy and laughter to share.
Rainbows span the sky so gray,
And birds sing sweetly in the trees;
Springtime flowers brighten the way,
Bringing joy to all who sees.
The cold winter slowly fades away,
As dreams begin their transformation;
The green of spring sprouts new growth-
Renewal and hope its proclamation!

The Shamrock
Poet: C. A. Lynch
For each petal on the shamrock
A wish of joy and cheer
Good health, good luck, and happiness
For all that we hold dear.
The four leaf holds much meaning
An ancient Irish charm
Bringing delight to life's journey
When we hold one in our palm.
On St. Patrick's Day near and far
We mark its power in rhyme
Repeating this blessed blessing
That will last through all of time.

Luck They Say
Poet: C. A. Lynch
As the sun doth shine on this St. Patrick's day,
My heart swells up with sheer thrill and delight.
The sight of the green is simply divine today,
Making me feel lucky and oh so bright!
This day founded full of merriment and cheer,
Is a reminder that I don't need luck I have your love.
I am so proud to have you by my side,
A rainbow in life and for that, I thank God above.
I look down at my four-leaf clover with pride,
Luck they may say, but not I.
On this St. Patrick's Day with you at my side,
I am so blessed I give thanks to God on high.
