Christian poems on death provide comfort and assurance that death has no hold on us because Jesus has secured our heavenly home through the shedding of His blood and the forgiveness of our sins.
In Christian faith, we firmly stand,
Believing in God's divine plan,
Assured eternal life is at hand.
Through Jesus Christ, our guiding light,
We tread the path from dark to bright,
The afterlife, a realm of endless delight.
For death is not the final end,
But a curtain call, a message to send,
That in God's embrace, we transcend.
In God's Love
Poet: C. A. Lynch
In death's redemption, love does shine,
A transformative power so divine,
God's forgiveness, like sweet wine.
Through death's embrace, we can atone,
The seeds of grace forever sown,
In God's love, we're completely known.
For every soul, a chance to mend,
In God's mercy, our hearts can ascend,
In death's redemption, fears transcend.
In shadows deep, where death does creep,
A fear resides, in hearts that weep.
But for the faithful, a light does shine,
For Christians know death is not the end, but a sign.
Death's cold embrace, it beckons near,
Yet Christians face it without a hint of fear.
A hope unfailing, a promise divine,
To be with Jesus forever, in heavenly climes.
Through Christ's sacrifice, we're set free,
From death's cruel sting, we are redeemed, you see.
For Christians stand firm, in truth they abide,
Knowing death's victory has long been denied.
Without Tears
Poet: C. A. Lynch
The hour of death, it looms so near,
Yet Christians find solace, without a tear.
For in their hearts, the Word does dwell,
Assuring them of heaven, where all will be well.
Though mortal bodies may turn to dust,
Christians trust in resurrection, they put their trust.
Death is but a doorway, to eternal life,
Where pain and sorrow will be replaced by delight.
With faith as their guide, Christians endure,
Knowing death is conquered, of this they are sure.
For the Savior who died, He rose again,
And promises eternal life, to those who remain.
When death's shadows cast their gloom,
Christians find solace in the empty tomb.
For the grave could not hold the risen King,
And the victory of death, He did bring.
To fear death no more, Christians are shown,
To trust in Jesus, and make Him known.
For in His hands, their souls are secure,
In death's face, Christians stand steadfast and pure.
With hearts ablaze, and a hope profound,
Christians embrace death, on holy ground.
For they know it's just a passage, to eternity's shore,
Where they'll dwell with their Savior, forevermore.
