In the depths of our hearts, a joy does arise,
A gift from our Savior, a precious surprise.
Not based on money, status, health or might,
But on the grace of our God, shining ever bright.
Christian joy, a flame that cannot be quelled,
A hope that in Christ forever is upheld.
No wealth can compare to the riches we find,
In the love of our Savior, so gentle and kind.
Status and power may be sought by some,
But true joy in Christ cannot be undone.
For in His presence, we find perfect peace,
And a joy that in every trial will not cease.
Health may fade, and strength may wane,
But Christian joy remains through every strain.
In weakness, His strength is made complete,
And in Him, we find rest for our weary feet.
So, let us rejoice with hearts full of praise,
For the Christian joy that never decays.
No circumstance can rob us of this delight,
For our joy is found in Jesus, day and night.

In a place beyond our knowing,
Where faith and hope e'er glowing,
Resides a joy that transcends all thought,
Christian hearts it has fiercely sought.
Unseen by mortal eyes so frail,
This profound joy does never fail,
Though troubles come, it firmly stands,
Guiding us with its gentle hands.
The world may toss and turn with strife,
But Christian joy brings abundant life,
For in our Savior's tender care,
