In the depths of sorrow, my heart does weep,
For an absence so profound, a loss so deep.
Forever gone, forever missed, my brother dear,
A pain so raw, a wound that will always sear.
Oh, how the tears flow freely down my face,
I long for your presence, your warm embrace.
The echoes of your laughter, now but a memory,
A reminder of a love that will never cease to be.
Though time will pass and days will turn to years,
The pain of saying goodbye never truly disappears.
The ache in my soul, the emptiness I feel inside,
As I grapple with the truth, and in grief abide.
But in my heart, a glimmer of hope so true,
That your spirit lives on, shining like the morning dew.
Though your physical presence has been taken away,
With memories and love, you will forever stay.
So I say farewell, my brother, with a heavy heart,
Knowing that from this world, we must now part.
But the love we shared, the bond that we have,
Will carry me through, even in the darkest of paths.
